Had another nice surf with Emily today at Linda Mar. We got there right at low tide which is never good at Linda Mar, however, by the time we waxed our boards and suited up the waves were picking up a bit. Also there was only about a dozen other surfers out there which was awesome.

Linda Mar was awesome today! We got there just as high tide was cresting, and it was sunny. The waves were great for the first hour. Then as the tide started going out the waves began to become very hard to ride – except for very straight whitewater rides.

Had a great foggy, cold and crowded surf at Linda Mar today. We got to the beach just before high tide crested so the surf was better than it was on Friday. Being a Sunday and a holiday the break was packed. We found a spot just north of the bathrooms without too many people.

Had another awesome day surfing Linda Mar today with Emily. The waves were rather small, however, I got my first bottom turn today! I went straight when I took off, but when I was approaching the bottom I noticed out of the corner of my eye that the wave was still breaking to the right.

To quote emily, “Today was foggy, gnarly, high tide and awesome”. We had a great time today even though we got pretty beaten up by the incoming high tide.
